Amar-Raj Deu is the Founder and CEO of JMD Consultancy. With nearly two decades of experience in executive search within global financial services, he possesses specialized expertise in Front Office Investment Analytics within the Hedge Fund sector, having worked extensively with several leading global hedge funds in London and New York.

Amar-Raj’s unique background includes a career in Business Transformation and the Front Office Securitised Products sector within Investment Banking. This diverse experience has enabled him to cultivate deep-rooted and trusted client relationships, many of which originated from his professional collaborations and engagements in the financial services industry.
